The Easy driver is a simple, easy to use solution for controlling stepper motors. Basically, this board makes your stepper motor move forward or backward 1 step (usually 1.8 degrees) when it is given a 5v logic pulse. This board comes with holes that you can solder your motor or signal wires to and can easily be interfaced with an Arduino or any other microcontroller. This board can handle a supply voltage for the motor of up to 30 volts. The Easy Driver is compatible with both bipolar and unipolar stepper motors.
One of the coolest features this little board offers is microstepping. This means that you can configure the Easy Diver to move the stepper motor at intervals less than 1 step. For example, it could be configured to operate at 1/2 of a step per logic pulse. The Easy Driver can acheive a maximum accuracy of 1/8 of a step per logic pulse!
